HEALTH BENEFITS OF SHRUBS

  • Apple Cider Vinegar with the mother contains pre-biotics that feed the pro-biotics to keep our gut healthy.
  • All of the darker colored flavors are high in antioxidants to help fight free radicals. 
  • The shrubs are sweetened with Pure Organic Monkfruit Extract.Contains zero sugar, calories & carbohydrates.  Does not contain erythritol. Sweetness is derived from unique antioxidants called mogrosides. Diabetic and keto friendly.
  • Good in warm water.  WATER MUST BE KEPT BELOW 110 DEGREES OR IT WILL KILL THE PRE-BIOTICS IN THE VINEGAR. Warm tap water works well.  Cold water and refrigeration is fine for the vinegar. 
 
  • Dark Cherry Elderberry – has anti-inflammatory effect that may help alleviate pain and swelling associated with arthritis and gout.  Packed with antioxidants and vitamins that help boost the immune system. 
  • Ginger Mint – helps with any type of chest or head congestion, sinus or allergy issues. Helps loosen mucus. 
  • Huckleberry Rose – loaded with Vitamin C!  Anti-inflammatory and full of antioxidants.  Rose is Rosehips!
  • Lavender Chamomile – Great for stress.  Helps you relax but does not make you sleepy.   Great before bed in warm water.  Helps you let down and relax during a stressful day at work or home!
  • Turmeric Lemongrass -  Great for inflammation. CHECK WITH PHYSICIAN BEFORE USING IF ON BLOOD THINNERS. Turmeric might affect the absorption of blood thinning medications. 
  • Herbal Peach – Ingredients are beneficial for helping lungs.  I have lung damage from Chemo treatments.  I made this one for myself & it helped.  I then started offering it as one of our shrubs.   
  • Pomegranate Berry – Loaded with antioxidants from all the dark berries.  Pomegranate is considered a superfood!  Do a search for the health benefits of pomegranate - you will be astounded how long the list is!
  • Rhubarb Hibiscus – Ingredients are beneficial for helping the liver detox. Hibiscus beneficial for lowering blood pressure.
